ONE OF THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT GUCCI.I was sold a defective Gucci bag on 5/29/21 at San Marcos Tanger outlet Gucci store after almost 2 hours of waiting on a line. I live in Dallas (4.5 hours away) in hence tried called the store but no one answered. I’ve left a message but still haven’t heard from them. I’ve contacted them via email but again haven’t heard back.I’ve purchased designer bags previously from other merchants but never had such experience with it. I thought Gucci would keep their standards high for the amount a customer pays for the products, but unfortunately I was wrong. Its very upsetting that I was charged full price for the bag yet given a damaged one.BE AWARE of the purchases at Gucci outlet and check every corner of the bag before making a payment. My bag is damaged at bottom of four corners.

I never leave reviews but I have to rave about my experiences while shopping at Gucci. I have been coming to this store for years and I always ask for Jessica. From my first purchase to my most recent her customer service to me has been the same…EXCELLENT! She takes her time showing me all the new arrivals, answers my many questions, and even ask how me and my family are doing. I always feel like I’m shopping with a friend versus a sales consult worried about a commission bonus. If you visit be sure to ask for her, she’s truly the best!
