(1) Online appointment request: Do you guys ever check? What is a purpose of requesting an appointment in advance if you will not get back to me? Took my time to request a visit appointment in the website weeks before, no responses received.(2) Walked in was available, and there was no line before 1pm. A host was kind. (The only reason I could give stars)(3) SA: The worst.Dear the SA I’ve met this day,Don’t bring your attitude to customers! I dedicated my precious time to shop with pleasure, not to be bothered by your attitude. Don’t come to work if you don’t like to help customers. The SA seemed to be reluctant to show me things I wanted to try even when I pointed out in the shelf. When I was trying shoes, the SA constantly kept putting items back to the shelf like cleaning them up. Excuse me, can I take 1 min to try out them?! This gave me an impression that he doesn’t want me to shop, so came outside of the store and just ordered it online.
