It’s gucci, little overpriced but this location has great service

Poor customer service, rude employees, nonsensically long lines.

Our sales representative was great and patient with us. The line to get in was understandably long due to precautionary measures, but once inside it was quite crowded in shoes and in the menswear. They probably should limit the number of guests even more because we were all trying to maneuver around each other, and distancing was impossible in such a small space. There were several small children whose parents were not closely monitoring them and a sales representative actually had to take one child back to his mother, who informed the sales rep that the child’s father actually was supposed to be watching him. What?! Supervising non-paying customers is NOT their job. Children having free rein in the store is a liability and takes away from other customers’ experience of what’s supposed to be an upscale store. At the front, there was a small table that was full of customers’ almost finished drinks. I was surprised to see basically what is trash, visible from the outside and immediately as you walk into the store. I would think that customers had ample time to consume their sugary, melted whip cream topped coffee and soda drinks whilst waiting in the hour+ line. I would also think that security would make them dump their trash before entering? However, upon browsing the handbags, I had to wipe off accumulated dust from every single bag I picked up so I wouldn’t get dirt all over me. The menswear glass counters were also very smudged because of continuous leaning on them, etc. I would suggest that reps or cleaning staff take the moments in between allowing customers inside to do a quick clean up and sanitize the display counters that are most populated. Perhaps cleanliness is not priority?

I went to the store to for a few items none were in so the sells rep Jenny suggested ordering online. When the items came in 2 things were not the correct size which and I needed them in a timely manner which forced me to drive another hour back to the store and wait in line another hour. While at the store I decided to grab another item I thought my wife would like of course it’s not in store and we are forced to order online again, I told them the reason I am here is because you guys sent the wrong sizes and color please make sure everything is correct. Yet again shoes come in and they are white and should have been black when I reach out to Jenny she gets an attitude as if I sent my self the wrong shoe. Worst experience ever
