We waited for a little while before getting inside, but that’s to be expected in a pandemic. Once inside we were greeted by Richard who provided excellent service and friendly conversation. They have something for everybody; shoes, purses, duffles, sunglasses etc. I love what I purchased but most importantly I loved being treated well and shown other items to consider for future purchases. We also were not rushed but we made sure to be mindful that there was a line. Gucci has earned a new fan.

I recommend make an online reservation to visit the store or if not you’ll need to wait in the line due to health safety measures (which are good). The appointment can be booked on the same day, if available. Staff is really polite and helpful.

Had a great experience at Gucci (Galleria Location) this morning. Very friendly staff especially the young man at the front entrance. I was helped by AJ and he is great! He was very friendly and made sure that I was happy with my buying experience. Everyone is great at this location and I definitely recommend it. Will be coming here all the time now when I need the latest Gucci piece added to my collection.
