I was visiting the area from out of town. On Friday evening my Sportster suddenly did not want to start. Took it in on Saturday morning and they got me back on the road within two hours. The service department and the mechanic were courteous, informative and prompt.

Bought a 2020 freewheeler, sales people went out of there way to make me a good/fair deal on my trade in. I’m in the process of up grading from a stage one to a stage two. The parts department was great to work with and the service department was very professional. When I go to Gruene Harley Davidson I feel like it’s home.

I had to spend an hour on the phone to get everything figured out with them. Bike broke down and took it here. They transferred me back and forth 4 times trying to get me to the service department. Then, service hangs up on me in the middle of me telling them what I needed done. I call them back after all of that and they transfer me 2 more times to someone who could give me information on my bike. The only reason I didn’t give them one star is because they were as nice as they could be to me. I knew it was a sign when I first bought the bike from there and they never sent my plate. They only sent it because I had to call them.
