Never had a bad experience with Grigsby’s boutique. People may need to realize that this transition into the Pop up is a transition for everyone and ask for help. It’s called GRACE. I’ve had amazing service from Ida, Maddie, Dana, Carol, Jourdan, and Susie. They are amazing. They sell adorable clothes. Highly recommend!

Now at a new location at South Johnson and University avenue. I stopped in to check it out and none of the employees spoke to me when I walked in. I looked through the entire store and they do have a nice selection of affordable fashions. two other ladies were offered mimosas while they were shopping yet I was not ever acknowledged. I finally decided there was nothing I really wanted to try on so I turned to walk out of the store and again no one spoke to me. I guess I am invisible. Will not be returning.

Went in today for the first time and loved the whole experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The clothing is beautiful and a variety of styles and sizes. It is pricey but such a fun experience. I came home with many treasures.
