These are the same people running this place that threatened to beat up my 72 disabled husband at the university Toyota when we discovered the $600.00 hidden documentation fee they hide under their hand while you are signing the legal papers. We love the Toyota but will never buy from these thugs again It is on the left side of the first paper you sign so they can hide by holding their hand over it. The doc fee is the only figures that are on the left side of the paper. That is on purpose so they can steal from you with thrift by deception. We were cursed at and chased out of the show room and into the parking lot by their used car sales manager Andy Chitwood. They never apologized for his actions so it seems the home office are dishonest thugs as well. I am told they do not own the Toyota dealership now. THANK G O D. I just wish I could give them a zero but one is as low as this review lets me go. Ps as of last week I have told over 6k people about our horrible experience there. If you buy from them watch for hidden.
