Called in needing to exchange filters I had bought the day before for the correct sized filters. Woman on the phone rudely explained to me they will not take my return. I acknowledged that and was already on my way to the store. I asked her if they had the correct filters I needed. She pretended to check the inventory- then proceeded to lie to me saying they DO NOT have the filters and she was “sure they do not have them in stock.” She then told me they had been ordered and are on the way in seven days!!!! I turned around and went home, wasting time and gas.I waited one hour then called back in. Andy answered the phone. I explained to him the situation, he found the filters within 1 minute of checking. I drove back to the store and got my filters. I can not believe the lack of customer service this woman displayed. If I managed this business I would fire her on the spot.If it were not for Andy, I would never go back to this store again. I’ve never had an experience like this I can’t imagine they want employees like that.
