Great service and professionalism. The eye exam was quick and through and the doctor had a great personality. loved my pair of glasses delivery was prompt and prices where surprisingly fair given amount of service I still received.

i went here to to get an eye exam and everything went well. I had to get my glasses shipped because I had to go out of state for emergency purposes. I was told the fee to ship was $20 for 1-2 day shipping. It has been about 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my glasses. I called USPS and was told whoever prepared my package provided an insufficient address. I repeated my address continuously and kept asking if they had the right address and they reassured me that they did. I have been waiting for my glasses and I tried to reach out multiple of times and all they provide me with is “were waiting for the package to be returned to our office and will then ship it back with the correct address.” I even spoke to the doctor and she said theres nothing they could do on their end but wait for the package. This was all handled very unprofessional and as a patient I deserve to get positive feedback and professional assistance. I am very unsatisfied with the service that was provided. I will not be returning to this Optician office. The one who took care of this package continuously lied and denied that she made no mistake on her end but that it was my fault for not providing the information they needed. Her name was Raditzia and she works in the front. Very unprofessional work in both sending the package and assisting me as a patient.

Great experience! Everyone was friendly and professional. Went to them after my daughter was prescribed with a stronger prescription from another optician and they corrected it right away. They were even able to fix my sunglasses! Very affordable and honest. Highly recommended
