I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!! The manager needs some very important training on customer service. My son and I was here yesterday. The cashier got the order wrong. She called my son a liar after he explained that the order was wrong. She said she can’t take my son’s word over her employee and he should respect that. No you should respect that your rude behavior is costing you customers. It took everything in me not to respond like you. Even the customer you were helping decided to take a pic of his order request because of my experience. That says a lot. Sometimes a little kindness goes a long way instead you lost a customer because of your rude behavior.

I ordered a cake from this location and when I went to pick up the cake I was told it wasn’t done and they were not going to be doing it???? The worker was rather rude too. I asked for the manager and she claimed to be the manager so I left. I didn’t want to drive out to the Galleria today, but I ended up doing it and that location took cake of my cake.
