What a joke!! I ordered a cake over the phone a few weeks ago and the lady on the phone NEVER told us they were not going to be open because of remodeling. She took the order and then it was also confirmed by her as well. We go to get it today to find this location isn’t even open. We called the same number and a lady that was at the North Park Mall location said she doesn’t even see our order and if we want it we’d have to go to that location to get it.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday.. it was supposed to be stripped and have happy birthday my daughters name ! Got there to pick it up.. and had 1 stripe on it and my daughters name.. trying to find mangers name or phone number to no avail. I paid alot for the cake and didnt get my monkeys worth

they took longer than they said..way longer. they werent prepared at all…nor did they spell anniversary right. really dissapointing.
