My sister and I were walking past the shop. Katie was decorating a big cookie but I guess she noticed us out of the corner of her eye and she looked up and said hi. My sister was so impressed that she said that she wanted to buy a cookie just because (the worker before we knew her name) acknowledged us. I had to let Katie know why she made the sale. Also, we appreciate her wearing gloves and a mask.

Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter’s birthday. I had seen one online and wanted to get it, however, it was not one of their designs. I spoke to several employees and after discussing it with them, they let me know that they COULD do this design for my daughter!! It turned out great and she was so happy with it! I highly recommend them – they were so helpful and went above and beyond!!

My experience was good until I got home opened my bad of cookies and they were stale, I paid almost 10 bucks for 6 cookies that I always get and today they were not fresh cookies!!! I would like a refund on these, I really don’t know what happen on this visit.
