Being a business owner I understand how hard it is to find quality employees. But at some point a line has to be drawn. When you have employees (Derek) who threaten customers with violence something needs to be done. When the manager on duty can’t even handle a customer complaint or diffuse a situation, the company has training issues. To even begin to think that I’ve given a company with such deplorable employees any of my money is hard to even fathom. Ntm, how they behave & speak to customers.

I’ve been coming here since I was little. Fantastic service always, the workers are always so happy to serve others. They are such patient people too, and of course, have a amazing cookies/cakes. The icing they use is legendary.
