I received a bouquet of flowers from Grapevine on Thursday. It was a pretty yellow arrangement, with roses and sunflowers. Unfortunately, the flowers, especially the sunflowers, were half-dead, and the water smelled horrible. It looked like the flowers had been packed too tightly and sat for some time. It wasn’t very pleasant to look at or smell.I e-mailed them today (Friday) to let them know. I heard back from Dana, who apologized and said they would send me a new arrangement. I received the second arrangement this evening. It’s beautiful and the flowers are all healthy and bright, with no bad smells.What great customer service! Thumbs up to Dana and the rest of the staff at Grapevine!

I was looking for a special basil. I found orange scented mint instead! Crazy for herbs. Beautifully displayed plants, veggies, flowers. All in top condition, watered & fresh. Worth a visit. [after Grapevine’s reply: 5 when you bring Columnar basil.]

Lisa did a beautiful job on my flowers for my wedding. She was awesome, and worked with my budget while still creating gorgeous arrangements. The prices were very reasonable compared to other florists. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and Lisa was able to figure it out and recommend which flowers would go together etc.
