Had to get my bike repaired here after an attempted theft. These guys did a great job, were friendly, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I got new tires put on too and they gave me a price that was about 15% less than Revzilla which I was ecstatic about. Installation was also very fairly priced compared to other places I’ve been to.Another note to mention, I had my steering/ignition replaced prior to this second theft/vandalism incident and the last dealership installed it slightly off the mark resulting in an annoying lock position. These guys did it right and it feels like the bike just came from the factory! Great attention to detail too, no missing bolts or rivets like prior places. I definitely recommend this place and will be bringing my bike here for any future work.

They asked me to go shop to other dealers but to come back to their store to buy the vehicle!!!!I’m an experienced rider and planing to purchased a (ex400) motorcycle for a member of my family (new rider). Went to the Kawasaki.com web site, filled the form to get a quote. A request for quote was sent to Grand Prix PowerSports.I received an email 2 days latter from Carlos Ruvalcaba asking me to call back. When I called Carlos back and ask him a followup on the quote, he tells me that Company policy, they want you to be there in person and have had a quote from another store….So he basically ask me to go and shop to other dealers, but to come back to him before I buy.Grand Prix PowerSport not only ask you to go to their competitor, but ask you to do that in the middle of a pandemic, when you try to minimize contact with people.Now, I’ll contact Kawasaki and ask them to remove Grand Prix PowerSport from their online quoting tool as it appears that It is company policy not to honor that request, but also to send you to their competitor.So save yourself some time and go directly to their competitor!
