Everyone at Goodrich Auto was absolutely amazing to me!! Even when I thought there was an issue, they stayed patient and took the time to make sure I understood! I’m so thankful to these guys! Especially Chris who explained everything in full and made sure that it was all to 100% satisfaction for me! And then there’s Kayla…what a blessing it is that someone like her works there! She stayed in constant contact with me and knew enough to know to tell me just to take a deep breath because they would take care of it when I had a mild freak out over the time line/ vs rental car!! My vehicle looks amazing and I’m so unbelievably lucky that I was sent to this place when a little tiny car literally drove up underneath my car! I wish I could rate them higher than a 10. Thank you all so much for your service and for your ability to put people at ease!! If I ever need anything again, I know right where I’ll be headed! They just know that when your vehicle is in the shop, that’s your livelihood, and I really felt like it was just as important to them as it is to the customer!! Great job you guys!

Hit a deer with my truck. Made an appointment that day and they had my truck 3 days later. Replaced most of the front end and only had it back in 6 days. They worked closely with my insurance and had a rental waiting for me when I dropped off mine. Was able to leave the rental right there when I picked up mine. Very convenient and my truck looks like new again. No complaints whatsoever.
