The staff was professional and courteous. They were not over energetic, but very informative. They gave a timeframe of 2 hrs and completed the job in one hour and 15 min. I love when ppl under promise, and over deliver. It’s much better than the reverse. I bought a set of tires, and got a wheel alignment. Just took my hands off the wheel at 75mph to check, and the alignment and balance is superb. The only reason I subtracted a star is because an employee tried to convince me to purchase a product that was unnecessary. This to be expected from all automotive industry professionals.I am not rating them on price because I recieved a discount thru my insurance company. If money is a major factor, its always good to decide on prices for oneself. Depending on deals, distance, and difference in dollar amount price, our personal financial situation, the price may lead us to make different decisions when it comes to automotive.Overall this Goodyear is great at what they do. I probably would use them again.
