I went to Goodwill about a week ago, was supposed to have been charged $27 instead got charged $279. I confronted the manager about it, but the only action he took was to give me a phone number, after calling for 2 days straight, I finally got someone on the line just for them to tell me that they didn’t know what to do, they then proceeded to tell me that they would be calling back soon, this was 3 days ago and i’m still waiting for a call. I’ve tried calling back but have gotten no response, was sent directly to voicemail and left a couple messages. I’ve never seen a company or store so incapable of doing their jobs. I’ve already field it though my bank because those are $252 that I’m not willing to give away for free, especially after working hard for it.

Rudest door greeter ever.Young man with a mask on his chin not covering either his nose or mouth stopped me to take my temperature!Yet, I was required to wear a mask.I would never go back to this Goodwill.As I left he followed me calling me names.The more I ignored him, the ruder, louder and aggressive he became.
