This is not about the Store portion of the operation, it is about the donation side of the business. This has been one of the least friendly donation centers I have experienced. We have always felt that donation was a good way to help the people serviced by Goodwill. They are training in job skills and it is a good thing to have a place to work and learn at the same time. This center strikes me as a little less accommodating than the other locations we have gone to. It always feels like we are interrupting things when we go there. During this time, the COVID era they are very restricted in what they can take, and unless you go first thing in the morning, you may well not be able to leave anything, they only have two small areas that you can donate to, and when they are full they do not take more.I get that it is important to be careful in this time. But how about a sorry, we can not take any more today, I suggest you come back early in the day, thanks for thinking of us as opposed to not taking anything now from behind a locked door? Just a thought.

Fun Goodwill! I’m visiting from San Pedro so it was fun to check out a different store. Staff was very pleasant and professional with good instruction about COVID rules and then daily sales items. Lots of nice quality basics available if not the funky items I’m used to finding at home.

Store is organized by color, not size. It looks aesthetically pleasing, but it’s way too difficult to find your size. Items are way over priced, some items had stains and were still over $10. Customer service was rude when I wanted to donate clothing. They reach daily capacity and don’t take donations after a certain point
