I called ahead to make sure they would be able to accept a chair I want to donate. The person I spoke to check with the donation office and they said they could take it. I loaded the chair up and drove all the way out there for them to change their mind and say they were at capacity now. It would have been nice to know beforehand that they were close to capacity before I drove all the way out there.
