I travel from Northern CA to shop around different goodwills in LA and so far this one is one of my favorites, measurements to shop safely, the store is very Clean and neat, all the employees are welcoming and with good attitude willing to help, another great thing the prices are still very affordable compare to some of other goodwills, and off course a great retail manager because none of that can be accomplish without having a great manager always willing to help and like he says I want you to walk out of here Happy While I was there I noticed he had great interaction with his employees and customers my experience there was exceptional. Good selection of things usually at this goodwill. Only thing that makes me not give it 5 stars was a rude employee, old guy that ignores your questions AND tells you you can only leave if you buy something. Acts stuck up for no reason.

Just an FYI, it gets crazy when they first open as there is already a cue of cars waiting to donate because they eventually have to stop taking donations if they’re at capacity. For the most part things will run smoothly if you respect others and your position in the cue.There were some people that felt entitled to skip the cue, and blocking traffic. You know the ones… probably leaving negative comments for being told the world doesn’t revolve around them.
