Rudest staff member a tall Latina woman there who caught an attitude off the bat when trying to donate items because it was 10 minutes past 6pm. Tried to ask politely what time they would be accepting items to the much more reasonable older male employee but was cut off by the latina lady who hates her life and wasn’t told anything other than I’m “loitering” after a 30 second conversation. How hard is it to have a donation bin to drop clothes into and then examine them in the morning? Or to just politely explain to new customers when store hours are? I had three bags worth of clothes that will be going to a legitimate service that helps those in need. Not some greedy price gauging company that employees miserable people. First and last time going to a Goodwill. Don’t come here.
