I’ve been going to this store for 11 years. This is a small footprint store that has some of the best donations of any second-hand store I’ve visited. The quality of …

There are 7/11s larger than this place but the cozy interior is part of its charm. The size limits the number of shoppers becausr of covid, but its clean and organized. Staff is very courteous and they have a decent collection of stuff. Fitting rooms off-limits ay present due to some kind of overhead water leak. Parking lot is another train wreck courtesy of early 1960s design myopia.

Yesterday we went at the store, donated a lot of baby items. Almost new and very usable which I am sure they will sell for over $200. Then I went back inside to get a boiling pot not for food but for a hobby work. There were a pot set that seemed would do the job so I picked it up, it had another pot sticking inside it, didn’t need the smaller one but picked it up anyway. When I went to the counter to pay had to wait for half an hour coz they only open 1line and 1 lady runs the transactions, the lady up front seemed rude and badly behaved, she tore out the small pot from inside the big pot and told me that’s not together! And looked at me like I was trying to get 2 for price of 1. I told her that’s just how it was on the racks anyway don’t need the smaller pot. She then called another older guy (this person just took donations from me) who told her no I didn’t do that and looked at me rudely like I was wanting to take both?! I mean that’s just how it was on the shelves and I don’t care about the small pot but these people are less than thankful for the donations and they are greedy and ill behaved at this location. Such a shame for a store that calls itself GoodWill!AVOID this location. I will not be bringing my donations to this disgusting place from now on.
