I called on a Monday afternoon to arrange for a tow to bring my vehicle in for repairs. I made an appointment for 10:30am Tuesday for the tow. Apparently they tried to get in touch with me a few hours after I called on Monday because they wanted to get my vehicle at that time. Since I didn’t answer (I wasn’t expecting their call and had fallen asleep), they said that I would have to bring them the keys. My vehicle isn’t drivable and I have no other transportation. So much for making an appointment. Horrible customer relations.

Went on a spontaneous trip to see Niagra Falls. Ended up having issues with passenger side rear tire. These guys were the first ones we looked up. They were so polite. It ended up taking all day but the work they did was amazing and so is the price. They made the shop kinda feel like home. Parker is awesome mechanic.
