I am so disappointed with this flower shop. I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my birthday (May 6) and within 2 days the roses were wilting. By Saturday May 9th, the roses were dead. I called the shop and the girl proceeded to tell me I killed them because I didn’t change the water. There were no written directions advising me to change the water after receiving the flowers. Mind you the flowers have been in water and in air-conditioning, they shouldn’t have died within 2 days. My mom called her and she proceeded to be rude to her as well. My parents paid over $100 for these flowers. I have never had a florist blame the customer for their flowers dying, without offering a replacement or a refund. No recommendations here.
