Everyone there seemed like great people but Valerie was the stand-out. She was fantastic. I’ve spent years seeing the same barber somewhere out of convenience and familiarity and not always getting what I wanted. Valerie listened, asked questions that were responsive to what I had said and she actually gave me what I asked for. She’s intelligent, funny and professional.The atmosphere at Goldstar is the quintessential Barber Shop. At 56, I’ve likely had close to 300 haircuts in my life and this one stands out.I may travel back to Visalia from Sacramento just for this.

Best barbershop in the San Joaquin Valley. Throughout the years I’ve gone to many barbershops. Thus far Goldstar has been the best in service and consistency. It’s more than a barbershop; it’s a family and everyone who comes in is always welcomed. Sometimes I just go in there just to hang out because the atmosphere is always positive. Each barbers has their own magnetic personality.
