If you are serious about getting a new car you should be in route to Golden Gate Nissan for awesome service, cool cars and overall good time.2020 is over and I was in search of something to bring me joy. I was Just beginning my shopping for new cars I did my research and sent an inquiry about the 2020 Nissan Rouge Sport. I was pleasantly surprise at how responsive John was. After an early morning chat and expressing my desires in a new car, John said come on in this morning and we will get you in your Nissan Rouge.I can’t count on one hand the number of times I have done the cars sales dance to walk away with nothing but dreams and high hopes….I arrived shortly after 10am and I was able to drive to work and make it by 3pm in my Brand New 2020 Nissan Rouge. I am still kind of pinching myself of how transparent, smooth and Covid safe the process was.Needless to say I have found my go to dealer with Goldman Gate Nissan. Check them out guys I am sure that you will leave with a not only a great car but an awesome experience.2021 is looking promising, take that 2020

If I can give 0 stars, I would! Horrible customer service. They NEVER answer your calls. I’ve called a total of 21 times today (i have a screenshot), just to be on hold 3 times and hung up twice. The other times that my call wasn’t picked up was dealing with the automated message. This definitely tested my patience today! They do not care about their customers. It’s all about the bottom line. They don’t offer shuttles – but they do offer to call a lyft, but good luck having them call one to bring you back. Don’t bother wasting your time. Better yet, don’t even bother getting a Nissan unless you want to deal with the constant disappointment and frustration. Shoddy product and shoddy work.
