This was my first actual visit to the Golden Gate Bridge, the bridge itself is much taller than I anticipated but it is beautiful. If ever in the area I highly reccomend visiting even just for a short while. All the amazing facts about the bridge and safety measures taken make it truly a marvel.

One of the wonders in SUSPENSION BRIDGE. Connecting Francisco Peninsula—to Marin County. It was a pleasure to see such a beautiful bridge, 1.4 km long and so high above the sea. I saw a Helicopter and a Container Ship passing underneath the Bridge. This is definitely a tourist attraction in US, San Francisco. The Bridge Came into use from 1937, almost 85 years from now and still in perfect condition and extremely well maintained. There is a toll fee here which you have to pay online when you get email from the authority. The Alcatraz Prison Island , not in use now, is clearly visible from the bridge. The Surrounding is very scenic , lots of photographs are taken here. Very Clean and cool air. Usually crowded , you may face parking problem.Take a tricky photograph of yourself holding your hand on top of the Golden Bridge.

It’s kind of a funny thing, really, the difference between film and reality. Many people are familiar with the Golden Gate Bridge from movies, TV shows, etc., including myself. I did, of course, want to see it on my trip out here, but it wasn’t a must see destination because, in my mind, it’s just a bridge (albeit an impressive one).Seeing it in person however is an altogether different experience. This bridge and its surrounding features are breathtaking. The roadway structures begin to change architecturally as you approach, with that signature red color and ironwork highlights. It acts almost as a preamble to the grand finale. It’s unequivocally breathtaking. If you make it to the bay area, see it. It’s truly a sight to behold.
