Our experience at Golden Auto was A+. We drove 5 hours to see a vehicle that sold just hours before we arrived. We did test drive another car that seemed to have some issue so the salesman just said I won’t sell you this car. He was honest and straight forward with all the information he gave us. The most non-professional group of people I have ever had to work. Shadey business practices and lack of integrity would make this establishment one of the worst places to purchase a vehicle from. Sold me a car with a blown motor with promises of repair, but tried to wait until I made my first payment so I would be stuck in a contract with the bank. Don’t buy here. If you do, make sure your down payment goes toward the purchase price, not in their pocket. Make sure you are not charged more than the original selling, which is not disclosed prior to signing.

Truthfully this place tries to rip you off in anyway possible. They make you pay 1500 for a car tracking system that cost them 500-700 to install. I got quoted at 700 to get one installed just out of curiosity. They wanted 3k for warranty for a car that cost 8k. When I told them no they dropped it to 2500. When I still told them no they dropped it another 500. Told them I didn’t want the warranty and they said my interest rate went up by .49 after fighting with them. I got it with out warranty at the original interest rate. If I would know about the tracking system that is forced upon you I would of looked else where but since I didn’t want to keep running my credit at other dealers I ate it. I truthfully advise any one to look elsewhere. The seller started giving attitude when I kept telling him to change the numbers around with the down-payment. All around a bad experience.
