I have gone here five times, because it is close to where I live, and sometimes my significant other has a craving. Every time I have gone into order, I order the same thing. Every single time I have to repeat the order multiple times, and 4 of the 5 times, the order has been wrong. It is not a complicated order. Lox with cream cheese on bagel. Yet every time it is wrong. There is one particular server that is rude there, and I am not going back because of them.
