Amazing collection of art and artifacts. I visited Gold Bug several years ago, and fell in love with a few sculpture pieces. When I returned on Friday, all but one of the sculptures had been sold, and I felt extremely fortunate to pick up the last remaining piece by an artist who has since retired.The shop owner, Theodora, is extremely friendly and really knowledgeable about the pieces in the store. She makes browsing the collection a true pleasure.If you love art or unusual pieces, I’d highly recommend stopping by. It’s a great place to find gifts for anyone who is hard to shop for or the person who has everything. I promise, they don’t have the stuff you’ll find at Gold Bug!

This place is absolutely amazing! They have so many great things to look at & buy…from old movie props, to museum quality bug collections and many unique gift ideas. We purchased an antique looking beaker set up which held amber crystals that smell unbelievable! Also bought the oil to refresh the smell once it got too faint. Must stop here whenever in downtown Pasadena!
