Rule and disrespectful with a hint of crazy. I totally concur with the no people skills statement. Professionalism is absent in that building, any good review must come from friends and people of the small town who have no other avenue for this type of service. Management/ owner or whatever she calls herself couldn’t solve a problem with the answer. I demanded my refund and all services requested be canceled, this is what we need to do when dealing with disrespectful and unprofessional businesses, business owners and employees. 0 stars

The best and only place to have your mail handled in Pecos, if you want it done right. The staff is very helpful, respectful, and informative. The facility is clean and organized, and their rates are very reasonable. I have been using their service for over a year and have not experienced a single misplaced package or piece of mail. Friendly, small-town service with the efficiency and productivity of a large company.
