I brought in my watch and a necklace for repairs. Everything was fixed within a few days at a very reasonable price. The staff at Goff were very professional ( Thank you Ruthie) and the service was excellent. I would definitely return again if needed.

Thomas the jeweler is amazing!!!!! If you’re looking for a quality jeweler, Thomas is your guy! Truly can’t say thank you enough. My boyfriends father was rushed to the hospital in November and his ring fell and was smashed by something in the hospital. It had to literally be pried off the floor. It was a family heirloom my bf father had received from his own mother. Unfortunately, after battling for more than a month, he passed away.We went into Goff Jewelers and spoke to Brian who was so kind and sympathetic to our situation. He confirmed that the ring was severely damaged and most likely beyond repair, but they would do their best to because they wanted to help us out. If it wasn’t fixable they would melt it and make a pendant.When we walked into the mall yesterday my boyfriend said to me “I wonder what they turned it into”.When Thomas came out with the ring, we were completely floored! Not in a million years did we ever think we’d see that ring again. We for sure thought we would be picking up a pendant. My boyfriend had tears in his eyes when we left (don’t tell him I told ). He said “that’s some skill he’s got”We gave the ring to his mother to wear (it fit perfectly) and she could not stop looking at it and smiling all night. She could not believe the craftsmanship. She said her husband would have been so happy if he had been around to see it. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you Thomas for the amazing work on the ring. You went above and beyond and literally gave us something priceless, and we will never forget that. We will definitely be back, and we will be showing this to everyone and highly recommending you to everyone we can. Still can’t believe the before and after ❤️
