I tried a pre-workout for the first time and I didn’t like the results of it. I simply went back asking for a return (which was implied during the initial sale that I could). The sales rep got offended by my return of the pre-workout then offer me only an exchange.As I was browsing for something to exchange, the sales rep was being condescending about my knowledge of the protein powder that I take.Then I mentioned I’ve been using this protein powder since my ex partner recommended it to me. He’s a health expert. The owner got all weirded out by that… I got some homophobic vibes for this place.

had products I wanted. website refused to let me get 2 with free shipping instead defaulting to 1 and adding $10 shopping fee. this has happened before and seems like a scam.

Maybe I just interacted with the right employee unlike the other reviews but I had quite the pleasant experience. Walked in with a shopping list and they helped me pick up every item and suggested alternatives to ones they had run out of. Went in around 5pm and was the only one. Was given little tidbits of info to help make choices but he wasn’t pushy at all. Thanks for the help. They have my favorite the Rainbow Pegasus! c:
