Best customer service I’ve ever had in a GNC. Each time I go into this location, the employee is always courteous, helpful, and wants my business. Yesterday, the manager was very helpful: receipt says Scruggs. I had several coupons to increase my points…I’m a member. The register didn’t give me all the points I should have received. The manager caught it & called corporate. The customer service agent at corporate sounded like she could care less. But the store manager kept insisting that I was owed these points. I want to thank her again! She went above & beyond what service one usually gets in any place of business. Thank You!! It’s why I drive from Madison to this location–awesome employees!!
