The service was the best. I would have returned for more items I saw that caught my attention. However, I will NOT return ever again. I bought prom shoes at regular price $54.99 for my daughter. At home she walked in them to break-in the shoe before her prom day. She felt the heel wobble like if it wanted to cave in. She took them to the store to exchange and she was denied exchange because you could tell they been walked in on the sole of shoe. My point is IF the merchandise is NO GOOD you exchange the product you sold. Not like we are exchanging just because. They ADMITTED that it is a very common complaint of their shoes!! Omg!!! These are NOT even clearance items. They were very rude at this point since they had already made the sale. And didn’t even have any suggestions on where to get the shoe fixed. I have spent $40 on repairs for this NEW shoe. Very disappointed this had never happened to me.
