Staff was friendly and willing to answer questions. Due to COVID and other issues, gun supply has been rough but once we entered we found what we needed.The whole process was smooth. It helped to have a license to carry, which made it even faster.Weekend afternoon rush was evident but staff was quick and fast. We purchased a Charles Day AR 12S, since we had no luck online. Price was very reasonable. Purchase even came with a free box of ammo.

Bought a gun one day for the wife and she did not like it. We never fired it and she just took it out of the box to look at it. We went the next day to return it and they told me there was a restocking fee. The salesman the day before was supposed to tell me that and he didn’t. On the receipt it mentioned nothing about a restocking fee or that you couldn’t return it. He then said there was a sign outside the store that mentioned the fees so I went to look for the sign. There was no sign so I asked him to show me where it was and he couldn’t. He then said it was their store policy so I asked to see that policy on paper and they didn’t have it. I asked the talk to the owner and he was even worse than the salesman and was even rude about it. He said if I wanted to go after him legally to go ahead. I’ve bought hundreds of dollars worse of parts, ammo, knives, etc. I told him he would loose a customer and he didn’t care. It’s your choice to shop there but I just wanted to let you know the type of person. The owner is. Some of my close friends have stoped foo g there since they heard my story, so he Lhasa lost more than one customer for his horrible customer service.to make matters worse they messed up there so called new computer system so they couldn’t credit my credit card. His attitude changed to being nice and apologetic for there error. So I had to except their errors buy the still charged me the restocking fee Danny’s Pawn shop in downtown McAllen are much nicer and always help me when I need to order something. Farewell Glick twins.
Roses don’t play nice
Very honest people here and nice, I been to a competitive store and was charged double. I highly recommend for your ammo needs.
