I called GWP because of unusually high electricity bills. I was told that there’s nothing they will do about it. I live in a brand new building the first tenant to live in the apartment and my bills are always about 60% higher than comparable apartments condos and houses. This data comes from GWP. I’ve asked for the meter to be checked, I’ve asked for the week to be monitored so that I can see the times the electricity peaks and again was told no. $300 electric bills in a 700sqft apartment isn’t normal.

Their customer service equal to zero. They dont answer the calls for reporting outage.Additionally I have found out that contrary to GWP’s claim they bill me for electricity usage based on their estimates almost 50% of the time.Why did GWP install smart meters if they are not going to use them?Who gave the GWP the right to guesstimate my usage and bill me incorrectly?Is this not fraud?Inwill be following up on this issue.
