The women working in the office were polite and helpful. The men loading/unloading the boat were kind and informative. Renting a boat was easy, decently priced and included life vests for the whole family. Will rent a boat from them again for sure.

We rented a boat for 3 hours. When we got there, it took them a good 20 minutes to get the boat in the water. We then assumed the time would be added to the end…which we quickly found out wasn’t the case when we received five phone calls from Linda at 2 minutes past the original time. When we returned back to the dock, we were greeted by RUDE workers- and one-word snaps from Linda. She then charged us extra for the additional time (which we would have been fine with if any of the facts above were different). Just a general level of respect for paying customers would be nice. Would not give my business to them again.
