I have been trying to get them to complete and window repair job since 10/30/2020 they was done incorrectly from the beginning. First they measured the glass wrong and after a week I called them and they sent someone else back out to remeasure. Another week went by and never heard from them so I had to call multiple times and finally got a time scheduled to come out and install window. They came out and brought the wrong type and size glass and they went ahead and put it in anyway. They made up fir the size difference with a lot of chalking. When I saw it I called them and it took them about another week to come out and see it and said that it was the wrong size and didn’t know what the technicians installed it. They said they would order new window and be out the following week. As of today that was two weeks ago and when I can get them on the phone they tell me they will be out soon and will call me back with details. They never do and today I have called 4 times and texted once but no return call.
