I thought I was the only one but looking at at the other reviews, Im not. Whew…First time experience at this store there is no help when looking at the tiles. Such a big store with many customers shopping around but the employees are just sitting there laughing away. None of them get up and assist those shopping in there. Maybe they don’t get commission but who knows, your on own own. Even at the end when approaching them for the prices, you get a vibe that they are bothered and even though the prices are decent for really beautiful title. There is a little bit of attitude from the sales ladies. You just feel better saying never mind and going with a mom n pop store locally for better customer service. Even if those prices are the same or a little more. I wouldn’t recommend this place. And I am surprised its still open even though I don’t believe they make as much sales as it could be making. They need to change the staff. Otherwise its probably the weakest store within its chain.
