The customer service is amazing. All the workers are attentive and eager to help you. Good mannered. I would give 4 and a half stars, but a reason for the 3 is it takes FOREVER for the service technicians to do the works oil change. If for are recall it’s horrendous wait time. Full diagnosic takes forever to. Even with an appointment.A HUGE plus is they put a plastic disposable car seat cover, plastic disposable steering wheel cover and floor mat disposable mat on it all to protect the interior of your vehicle. So kind to do. The technicians clothes are dirty and greasy so it’s wonderful they car about your vehicle.Overall, I’d have to outweigh the pro’s and con’s and I’d wait for the technicians. Good pro’s.If you’re impatient, you might want to take your business somewhere else.
