We bought our first RV from here. They had the RV we wanted with the lowest price around, so we drove 3 hours to Genuine RV. We were met by David, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but not AT ALL pushy. The financing was a breeze, and they beat my bank’s rates. Also, Once we agreed to the purchase, David took the time to walk out every detail of the camper and how to operate everything. They included all the things necessary to go camping from the dealer (hitch, hoses, etc.). Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I think we’d drive the three hours to get our RV serviced here, just because they were so pleasant to deal with.

My wife and I drove from Tyler to Nacogdoches to today to look at their Alpines 5th Wheels that they have in stock. I was pleasantly surprised of all the RV’s that they carry, what a great selection. After roaming the lot for a couple of hours and deciding what we are wanting to buy I spoke to a salesman name William. He was great, with no pressure sales. Also was greeted very nicely with the front desk lady from Henderson, (sorry don’t remember her name) Anyway just wanted to say we are glad we made the drive. Hope to do business with you very soon.
