They worked with me on the deductible so I could afford it ($300 off $500 deductible)! Whenever I texted Joe he got right back to me with an answer and finished in really good time. I had another problem that I had asked other mechanics that I asked Joe and he told me it was a simple problem and fixed it when someone else couldn’t lied to me and charged me a lot.
