First impressions are usually the best, mine was how good looking the store was. Parts and products neatly displayed. My visit was for replacement accessories for my recovered stolen bike. David told me up front how Covid-19 had disrupted the bicycle business and we could see what was available. Fortunately for me everything was. That was only because he gave up the commuter rack bag that he ordered for himself. He assisted me in upgrading my tires. You could tell he definitely knew what he was talking about. Without a doubt I will be returning to Geneva Bicycle Center in the future.

I had a great experience from the first phone call all the way through picking up my bike. They were able to assemble it in a day and really took the time to go through it with me. Great quality bikes and a very knowledgeable staff – highly recommend this bike shop!

Great shop and great people. Staff was super helpful during the purchase and fitting for my first road bike. They have been awesome to work with for maintenance/tune ups and a recent repair. Jim was recommended to me about 10 years ago and I’ve been back many times. I highly recommend the shop.
