After ordering the incorrect parts to resolve a warranty issue with the mirror, I called the service department and was told that the issue they had just claimed to fix wasn’t an issue in the first place. This despite the provided loaner of the same model (not to mention any other car I’ve driven) not having the loud and unusual whistle noise present on my vehicle. Either the dealer just doesn’t want to repair a mirror warranty issue, or Genesis is selling cars with more weird noises than a base Hyundai Elantra or my old Toyota.The pick-up and drop-off representatives for the vehicles have always been on time and helpful though.
