I had Genesis replace my sunroof in November 2019.I used it normally through the spring and summer months. Feb 2021 on a warm day I hopped in my car and tried to open the sunroof. Nothing, it would not open. I went back to Genesis and he told me that it only had a 1 year warranty and that it expired lastNovember 2020. I asked him who checks their sunroof weekly when you don’t use in winter months,If you purchase a sunroof you would certainly expect that it was going to last more than a year for the amount of money they charged me. He said he would look into the cost of another one and have not heard back from him in two months. I am a retired widow and do not appreciate being ripped off and taken advantage of. You should expect an item like this to last a reasonable amount of time without worry or having to check up on it weekly.There are other businesses out there that treat customers as they would want their families treated.
