My girlfriend has gone here for years to support small business and the husband owner is unethical . She dropped off a diamond ring for cleaning and the ring was returned broken with the diamond out of the ring set. They said it was broken but the ring was dropped off in tact. Then he said he could fix it for a fee. When asked to return the ring in the same state it was dropped off they refused. Then they also wrote a note that the ring was broken which it wasn’t on the receipt. We have no confidence that the diamond is the same diamond and they never called to inform my girlfriend that they broke the ring. This is unethical and after being a long time customer not how to conduct a business. We will pursue action as this was a very expensive diamond ring. She also had dropped off a watch to replace a battery and the watch was returned broken. He insulted my girlfriend by saying it was a cheap watch and sometimes this happens. It was a $250 Michael Kors watch. Not the most expensive but if I brought in a timex to have the battery replaced I would expect it to work when it was returned. He never fixed it and my girlfriend didn’t want to cause a fuss. This business does not practice fair business and ethical business. Going to inform the consumer protection and going to find out if we even have the same diamond. Don’t go here.

The owners, Stan and his wife, were very attentive to what I wanted.I had a very specific vision of the ring. Stan worked extremely hard to find the best stones in my price point and then crafted the ring himself.The result: She said YES! (thanks, Stan) and Gemset will be our jeweler for every occasion.

Gemset owes me $3000.00 that I have been trying to get from them since October 2018. They sold my ring & never told me!
