It is a real treat to shop for groceries at Gelson’s because they seem to have most everything and the quality is exceptional. It is pricey as is everything in the beaches of Southern California. Customers are treated very well. The day I was there, an employee was going around telling customers that they should keep a close eye on their purses and bags because some thieves had been caught taking them from the carts of customers; a nice gesture by the management.The food is fresh and the selection of items is extensive.
