Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I’ve been doing business with GeekHampton for years and they always exceed my expectations. Very responsive, and very knowledgable. I once spent a week trying to deal w/ an issue through Apple which they couldn’t resolved and Geekhampton fixed it in an afternoon. Highly recommended.

GeekHampton went above and beyond to help me out! My laptop died the day before school, and its 2020, all remote learning! As a teacher, I MUST have my laptop. There were no openings to get me in, but they fit me in because they knew I was desperate with school starting. They called the next day, and told me the prognosis to fix it was not looking good. I arranged to buy a new laptop from them the next day. I later got a call from John, one of the tech guys. He said he took a closer look at the laptop and he figured out how to fix it. I was able to get my laptop back, and save a bunch of money not having to buy a new one! Above and beyond! John never had to take another look at my laptop….we all agreed, its dead, I will just buy new, but he went that extra step! So very thankful.

I went in and Sheryl treated me very poorly and unprofessional and made me cry. Dont recommend going their boss Sheryl is impolite.
